Σε ένα από τα κεντρικότερα σημεία της πόλης, μπροστά από την παραλία Κρυονέρι και κυριολεκτικά πάνω στο κύμα, συναντάμε το Bianco Resort. Πρόκειται για ένα ιστορικό κτίριο για την Πάργα, το οποίο χτίστηκε το 1969 από τον Βασίλειο Βασιλα και από το 2012 χρησιμοποιείται ως Bianco Resort!
