If we were looking for the princess of Western Macedonia, then Kastoria would surely take this title with ease. One of the most charming places to visit in northern Greece, with unique natural beauty, impressive mansions, Byzantine temples and a combination of tradition and modernity that is difficult to meet elsewhere.

In north Greece we are used to saying “there is nothing like Halkidiki”. But within its exaggeration, this particular phrase hides truths. It is a place that combines the mountain with the sea to the superlative degree. An earthly paradise with turquoise waters, picturesque settlements, intense nightlife (and not) entertainment, good food and superb hospitality. Come and meet its second leg, Sithonia.

Romance, nobility and luxury. These three words come to my mind when I think of Nafplio. A city with picturesque alleys, large squares, castles, neoclassical buildings and of course a rich history. In short, the city that you should definitely visit (if you haven't already).

If you are nature lovers and love tradition, then Zagorochoria is the ideal place for you. A gifted place, with pristine and unpretentious beauty, that breeds passions and emotions. Well-preserved Epirus architecture, unique natural landscapes, authentic flavors, original hospitality from people tied to their place. What else to ask for;

Tolo for the Athenians and the North Peloponnesians is something like Halkidiki for Thessalonikians. A summer resort with stunning beaches, good food, hospitable residents and affordable prices, a breath away from the city. I confess that until recently I was unaware of its existence, but after my visit to this idyllic place, I declare my love for Tolo.

Pieria I consider to be one of the most underrated places in our country, by the Greeks themselves. However, this does not apply to tourists, who know the beauties that this blessed place has to offer and visit it in series.
